Just had dinner at Ted's Montana Grill. I had the 8 oz. Bison burger for 7.5 points, then I noticed the "Bun & Bread" sections which calculated a wheat bun as 5 points. So, was my burger was really 12.5, or was the bun included in the point calculation for a burger?

I found this information on ground bison. It equates to 6.5 points just for the meat. So, I would guess the bison was about 10 points alone with the bun another as you said. The WW site shows 5 points for 3 ounces of ground Bison. Any way you look at it, a decent burger will cost around 20 points. If I want one, I have to plan ahead and then I get one per week with my weekly points. Frankly, I found the bison to be dry and not as flavorful as the beef.

Weight watchers says 1 point for every ounce, but you can use your set points for (5)and eat as much bison as you want without the bun. Bison is very lean and I think it tastes better than ground meat.
