Hi. I live in New York and back on Weight Watchers (only tried it for a month about a half a year ago, and combined with exercise, I had results...fast!) and try to stay as disciplined as possible! Day one was yesterday (well, technically I started on a Monday and failed by that evening, gave up on Tuesday, and finally fell back into it yesterday), and today still going strong! I picked up some weight in my last 2 semesters of grad school, and with a new job at a company that caters breakfast and lunch EVERYDAY from some very delicious places, I've not only gained more weight, but I can't seem to get it off!!! Here's to at least trying...
I found that going to the gym and still eating what I wanted didn't make me feel any different, just immobile…I don't feel the same as if I know I'm eating healthy and am on a diet. Anyone else feel like that? I will admit, I feel more tired and have more trouble waking up from getting home late after work from the gym, but it's a small price to pay to feel better about myself and especially my health! Hmm…
Anyway, this was my ranting introduction. Good luck to us all!
